Bulletproof announced it has secured $19 million in Series B financing. Five investors participated in the round, including CAVU Venture Partners and Trinity Ventures.
The company produces a series of supplements, coffee beans, and food and drink products that aim to help people perform better, think faster, and live better using a blend of ancient knowledge and new technologies. Bulletproof’s products are environmentally conscious and ethically sourced. Bulletproof’s Certified Clean Coffee, for example, is independently screened and lab-tested to ensure it is free from 27 different performance-robbing toxins.
According to the company, the injection of funding follows an initial $9 million round in 2015, and will support the brand’s high growth trajectory both in e-commerce and at retail locations.
