Target Data Appoints VP of Digital Strategy

Target Data, a marketing company that helps drive client revenue through addressable marketing execution, announced that demand-side platform and programmatic veteran Joseph Lavan has joined its executive team as its vice president of digital strategy.
Lavan brings over eight years of experience in the programmatic display space, serving most recently as the vice president of data and insights at Netmining.
