Maritz Motivation Solutions Hires Chris Dornfeld Leader of Employee Engagement Solution

Maritz Motivation Solutions, a leader in providing employee engagement programs to U.S. and global companies, announced that it has appointed Chris Dornfeld vice president and head of the company’s employee engagement solution.

Dornfeld joins Maritz with more than 15 years of experience specializing in workforce technology and business performance. He most recently served as president of Bonfyre, a workforce culture platform founded in 2011. Earlier in his career, Dornfeld served in executive roles at several startup companies, including a venture backed health services startup that grew to over 500 people in 18 months and had an annualized revenue of $120 million. He also served as the chief information officer for the City of St. Louis, and at Washington University as the entrepreneurship collaboration director. He frequently contributes to industry publications and speaks around the country on employee engagement and human performance.
