Enterprise IT Startup Traverse Secures $1 Million

Traverse announced it has raised $1 million in financing from an undisclosed investor.

Traverse generates incremental revenue for publishers from their deterministic match data. It powers the one-to-one matching of a specific user to his or her devices, typically using a hashed email address and a cookie or a mobile ad ID.

In its announcement, the company said it plans to use the funds to introduce its branding, accelerate new product launches and make strategic sales hires.
