Programmable silicon technology company Efinix has secured $9.5 million in new financing from Xilinx, Hong Kong X Technology Fund (supported by Sequoia Capital China), and Samsung Ventures. Efinix has developed what it calls “Quantum” programmable technology that, according to the company, “delivers a 4X power-performance-area advantage
