Namogoo Raises $15 Million in Series B Round
Cloud-based online software company Namogoo acquired $15 million in a Series B funding round led by Hanaco Venture Capital, whose general partner, Alon Lifshitz, will join the Namogoo board. Existing investors GreatPoint Ventures, Blumberg Capital, and Inimiti Capital also participated in the round.
According to the company, Namogoo uses cloud-based software, proprietary analytics, and machine learning to prevent invasive content from disrupting the customer journey for online businesses, a process known as online journey hijacking. By eliminating unauthorized ads and invasive content, Namogoo increases conversion and revenue for global online businesses such as TUMI and ASICS.
The company plans to use the funds to accelerate the growth of Namogoo’s new product, Digital Insights, which is designed to analyze all third-party services running on publisher sites and provide full visibility into their impact on site performance, privacy, and business KPIs.
