tend.ly, a cloud software platform for senior care and child care providers, secured $1 million in seed funding. The round was led by influential entrepreneurs and investors Mike Simmons (managing director, Jupiter Peak, LLC), Scott McCorkle (Former CEO, Salesforce Marketing Cloud), Eric Tobias (partner, High Alpha), Michael Browning (founder, Browning Investments), and Elevate Ventures.
According to the company, its customers include child care providers in North America, who strengthen communication with loved ones, engage employees, and streamline payments and reimbursements using tend.ly’s all-in-one management platform.
tend.ly plans to use the funding to grow its product, sales and marketing teams, and further develop its offerings.
