LendingPoint Launches Merchant Solutions Platform
Consumer loan company LendingPoint today unveiled its LendingPoint Merchant Solutions, a new platform that provides merchants and other service providers with a fully integrated one-stop retail financing option to increase conversations of consumers at the point of sale.
The announcement came on the heels of LendingPoint’s acquisition of point-of-sale financing platform LoanHero in April of this year. The new LendingPoint Merchant Solutions combines LoanHero merchant onboarding, program management and reporting technology with LendingPoint’s credit underwriting, risk management, and customer service expertise. With today’s announcement, LoanHero’s team and technology will operate as part of LendingPoint Merchant Solutions, and the LoanHero brand will be retired.
