New Product Alert: Vessi Shoes

Vessi’s forthcoming knit shoes combine a lightweight sneaker style with the water-deflecting powers of rain boots. The makers say their “flash knit” technology will keep shoes 100 percent waterproof — and wearers’ feet 100 percent dry up to their ankles — for the product’s wearable life. Traditional waterproof shoes tend to be stuffy and make feet sweat and stink; Vessi’s technology regulates the dispersal of moisture, thus reducing feet sweat and the build-up of odor.
