Wellnicity, a provider of at-home health test kits and supplements, recently secured $3.6 million in seed funding, led by Austin-based Capstar Partners.

Wellnicity provides simple and convenient home health tests. The system begins with a quiz that asks users questions about symptoms and concerns, recommending at-home test kits based on their answers. Wellnicity then provides users with customized vitamin regimens recommended by clinicians that are based on test results from independent certified labs. To date, Wellnicity has run more than 30,000 panels with customized supplement solutions, and the company says it has had significant success in moving brain chemistry bio-markers to normal ranges.

Wellnicity plans to use the funding to continue developing its proprietary software platform, support go-to-market efforts, and invest in its packaging and fulfillment capabilities.
