AI Recruitment Software Harver Increases Series A to $12.3 Milion
Harver, a software provider in AI pre-hiring and talent-matching, today announced it has raised an additional $4.2 million as part of a Series A funding led by Insight Venture Partners. The additional raise brings Harver’s Series A round to $12.3 million and its total funding to $15.6 million.
Harver’s software seeks to allow companies and applicants to eliminate the resume, establishing a more accurate and effective hiring process while removing hiring bias and discrimination. By automating the application process, Harver uses analysis modules, tests, and assessments to match the right candidate to the job, without factoring in age, name, look, gender, or resume. According to the company, its clients include Zappos, Netflix, Booking.com, Vodafone, OpenTable, and Casper.
