GenXComm announced the close of $7 million in Series A financing, led by Intel Capital, with participation from Azure Capital Partners, Capital Factory, Investor, UT Horizon Fund, WS Investment, Bandgap Ventures, and FAM Capital Partners.
According to the company, its simultaneous self interference cancellation (S-SIX) technology enables maximum use of the available spectrum well beyond true full duplex, and can improve the throughput of users’ networks. S-SIX is also designed to reduce latency and improve network adaptability and security.
The company said the Series A will be used to expand its R&D team.
