According to a recent SEC filing, UserIQ, a customer growth platform for SaaS companies, obtained $1.5 million in financing from an undisclosed investor.

From adoption and retention to expansion and advocacy, UserIQ aims to combine user intelligence, customer health, and targeted engagements to help companies reduce churn, increase lifetime value, and generate fewer customer support calls. UserIQ was founded in 2014, and is led by CEO Rachel Orston, the former VP, SaaS growth and client advocacy at IBM.
