Music Merchandise Startup Raises $4.6 Million

According to a recent SEC filing, music merchandise online retailer Merchbar completed $4.6 million in financing from an undisclosed investor.

The company sells 100,000 items from 3,000 pop, rock, metal, hip hop, and country bands, including t-shirts, vinyls, and posters. Its unified platform allows it to identify and implement enhancements for every artist on the system.
