Intuit Acquires Tsheets for $340 Million

Business and financial software company Intuit purchased Tsheets for $340 million.
According to the company, Tsheets Time Tracker and Scheduling is a cloud-based time-tracking and scheduling solution used in 100 countries. Accessible via mobile apps and desktop, it features GPS tracking, overtime alerts, scheduling, and integrations with accounting and payroll software including QuickBooks, Xero, and Gusto.
The company previously raised $15 million from Summit Partners.
