Fintech Software Startup Secures $43 Million

Financial technology company Passport raised $43 million in Series C financing, led by Bain Capital Ventures, with participation from Grotech Ventures, MK Capital, and Relevance Capital.

Passport’s parking, transit and tolling payments, parking enforcement, and permit management products are designed to help public and private sector organizations streamline their operations, enhance customer service, and make data-driven decisions. Passport’s mobile-first platform has been adopted by 450 cities, universities, and private operators across 5,000 locations.
