Email Security Startup Brings In $1 Million

According to a recent SEC filing, Criptext, a startup that aims to provide secure email and messaging for governments and large enterprises, raised $1.2 million in financing from an undisclosed investor.

Natively integrated with Gmail, Criptext was developed to allow users to send sensitive emails and files that can be set to self-destruct over time. Criptext is also available on iPhone and Android as an email app.
