Communications Startup Brings In $1 Million

According to a recent SEC filing, Zingle, a software solution that helps businesses communicate with customers via texting and other mobile messaging channels, raised $1 million in financing from an undisclosed investor.

Zingle’s real-time enterprise platform is designed to allow businesses to engage, support, and respond to customers using mobile messaging. The platform works on any device and it  provides the software tools to deliver an instant, actionable, and seamless customer service experience for 1,000 businesses, including Hyatt, Whole Foods, Marriott, and ZipCar.
