Fintech startup TrueAccord closed  $22 million in Series B financing, led by Arbor Ventures, with participation from Nyca Partners, Assurant, Caffeinated Capital, Felicis Ventures, TenOneTen Ventures, and Crystal Towers.

TrueAccord’s digital-first, data-driven debt collection solution features a patent-pending machine-learning platform. According to the company, TrueAccord delivers consumer-centric, personalized experiences for financial institutions, debt buyers, Yelp, and LendUp.

The investment will be used to fund TrueAccord’s strategic growth initiatives, including ongoing development of its platform, audit, compliance functionality, and continued expansion into vertical markets.
