Swyft, Inc., Acquires ZoomSystems

Swyft, Inc., announced the strategic purchase of NewZoom LLC (ZoomSystems), an automated retail, in-cash, and equity transaction company.

According to the company, ZoomSystems’ automated retail stores for Best Buy, Benefit Cosmetics, Nespresso, Proactiv, UNIQLO, and other brands reach consumers each day across North America and Europe. Its end-to-end solution includes access to locations in airports, malls, and other high-traffic channels.

Swyft has been operating in Japan, China, Australia, and it recently launched in North America. Its CEO, Gower Smith, was an original co-founder of ZoomSystems in 2013. Following the acquisition, Swyft and ZoomSystems will continue to operate as two separate entities.
