Storage startup StrongBox Data Solutions announced it secured $27 million in financing. Fonds de solidarite FTQ and Partner One Capital participated in the round.

By leveraging the power of machine learning, StrongBox Data Solutions offers a suite of solutions that strives to reduce storage costs, increase productivity, and reduce IT management complexity. According to the company, its flagship product, called StrongLink, automates data classification and life-cycle management for any data, on any storage, anywhere.

The investment will be used to accelerate worldwide expansion of the company’s product.
