Sojern Purchases Adphorus for Undisclosed Sum

Sojern, a demand engine for reaching travelers, announced it has acquired Facebook and Instagram marketing partner Adphorus.

Adphorus – founded in 2013, and a Facebook certified partner since 2014 – provides travel brand clients Expedia, Trivago, and Kayak with the platform, tools, and expertise to scale revenue through an automated, scientific approach to travel advertising on Facebook and Instagram.

According to the company, it employs 50 team members in Istanbul and Berlin, has driven $10 billion in global bookings, and serves 4,000 clients in 50 countries.
