Roche Acquires Viewics for Undisclosed Sum

Roche, a Swiss multinational healthcare company, has entered into an agreement to purchase Viewics, a privately-held software company focused on laboratory business analytics.

According to the company, Viewics’ proprietary technology for healthcare data extraction, cleansing, and transformation unlocks insights with operational and financial impact, while reducing the burden on IT.

The startup previously raised more than $19 million from investors Canvas Ventures and Morado Venture Partners.
