PandaTree Brings In $1.5 Million

PandaTree, an edtech startup, announced it has raised $1.5 million in seed financing. Four investors contributed to the round: Harrison Metal Capital, UP2398, Precursor Ventures, and Nanjing Sunflower.
PandaTree offers live foreign language conversation practice for kids through one-on-one video sessions with tutors. Pricing starts at $19 per session. The company currently supports tutoring in Mandarin Chinese and Spanish.
