Noodle Partners, which works with universities to create online degree programs, continues its growth by adding three senior higher education executives to its leadership team: Lee Bradshaw, who will serve as the director of university partnerships; Feather de la Mata, who will serve as the vice president of recruitment; and Becky Krill, who will serve as the head of marketing.
Bradshaw joins Noodle Partners with over a decade of experience in education technology. Most recently, he lead university partnerships for 2U, Inc., and managed its new program software implementation for four years.
De la Mata spent 10 years with 2U, Inc., where she launched the recruitment department for the company, served as the first director of admissions, and, most recently, as vice president of admissions. She also worked several years as a K–12 educator in the New York City and Montgomery County, Maryland, public school systems. De la Mata earned her M.A. in science education from the NYU Steinhardt School of Culture, Education and Human Development.
Krill joins Noodle Partners from the corporate LMS, SchoolKeep, where she led the company’s B2B marketing efforts. Previously, she worked closely with The Economist’s innovation team to build and launch Learning.ly, an online marketplace.
“We could not be more pleased to add Lee, Feather, and Becky to the team,” said Greg O’Brien, chief operations officer of Noodle Partners. “Feather is one of the most talented higher education recruitment executives, and will have an incredibly positive impact on how Noodle Partners helps partner universities to find, engage with, and matriculate online students. Lee’s role in university relations will complement our ability to connect and engage with hundreds of universities seeking to go and/or grow online. And Becky’s entrepreneurial background across education technology will help Noodle Partners to engage further with colleges and universities.”
