NBD Nanotechnologies Raises $7.5 Million

According to a recent SEC filing, nanotechnology startup NBD Nanotechnologies closed $7.5 million in financing from an undisclosed investor.

NBD is a venture-backed developer of advanced liquid repellent surface coatings and additives. The company’s materials are designed to tailor the surface wettability of various substrates for such uses as industrial steam condensers, electronic materials, and industrial paints.
