Mobile Startup GoFormz Raises $2.5 Million

According to a recent SEC filing, GoFormz has raised $2.5 million in financing from an undisclosed investor.

GoFormz, founded in 2012,  helps companies mobilize their paper forms and turn them into smart mobile business applications. The company believes that digitizing forms dramatically improves business visibility and productivity. According to GoFormz, it has collected five million pages of data electronically – one page every five seconds – for customers including Cricket Wireless, DPR Construction, NRG, and Oldcastle.
