Median Technologies Appoints Dr. Peter Bannister as CTO

Median Technologies, The Imaging Phenomics Company®, named Dr. Peter Bannister as chief technology officer.

Bannister has held senior executive positions in multiple high-tech university spin-outs, where he has led product research and development, clinical validation, regulatory, manufacturing and international supply chain operations across a wide range of biomedical applications. He holds a DPhil from the University of Oxford, where he was one of the original developers of the functional MRI of the brain software library for image analysis. Subsequently, he held a postdoctoral research appointment in machine learning for complex industrial systems in collaboration with Rolls-Royce Plc. He also taught engineering science at Oxford for a decade, and remains a passionate advocate for education and professional development across the STEM (science, technology, engineering, mathematics) subjects.
