Ken Yormark Joins K2 Intelligence

K2 Intelligence, an investigative, compliance, and cyber defense services firm founded by Jules B. Kroll and Jeremy M. Kroll, announced Ken Yormark is the firm’s new New York-based managing director.  

Yormark joins K2 Intelligence from Grant Thornton LLP, where he served as a managing director in the Forensic Advisory Services practice. Yormark is an adjunct professor at Georgetown University Law Center, a faculty member of the Practicing Law Institute, and an adjunct faculty member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. He is a certified public accountant, a certified fraud examiner, is certified in financial forensics, and is a certified anti-money laundering specialist.
