Ink Secures $7 Million

Internet and IoT startup Ink completed $7 million in financing. Four investors contributed to the round: VTF Capital, Invest Nebraska, Nebraska Angels, and SQN Venture Partners. Ink was founded by a Silicon Valley team headed by Zappos CEO Tony Hsieh, Warner Brothers President Greg Silverman, and Vistaprint executive Haroon Mokhtarzada.

Its product suite allows users to print, share, and send files from the cloud using a mobile device, USB drive, or laptop anywhere and anytime. With integration with Dropbox, Box, Google Drive, and other widely used apps, Ink plans to reduce the printing process from 10 minutes to 30 seconds.

With this latest funding, Ink plans to roll out its digital and analog printing solutions to 30 universities nationwide in 2018.
