Hims Closes $7 Million

Consumer startup Hims announced it has raised $7 million in Series A financing. Six investors contributed to the round: Thrive Capital, Forerunner Ventures, SV Angel, MC Partners, Harry’s, and Amity Supply.
Hims strives to provide a one-stop shop for advice, consultation, and FDA-approved products to address male issues such as hair loss, erectile dysfunction, and acne. One such is the Hair Insurance Kit, which prevents testosterone from breaking down into DHT, a hormone that damages hair follicles.
