Fashion Startup Armarium Raises $1 Million

According to a recent SEC filing, Armarium, a women’s luxury styling service that allows users to borrow top fashion brands for a fraction of the retail price, has raised $1 million in financing from an undisclosed investor.

Armarium was officially launched in April 2016 through an invite-only mobile app, e-commerce platform, and New York City showroom. The program includes not only the ability to borrow pieces from curated couture, ready-to-wear, and accessories, but also the option of hiring professional stylists to assist users.
