Enterprise IT Startup Sourceress Brings In $3.5 Million

Sourceress, an AI recruiter, closed $3.5 million in financing. Six investors participated in the round, among them Lightspeed Venture Partners, Y Combinator, OpenAI, and Dropbox.

By using tailor-made machine learning models, Sourceress defines what a company is looking for in a role. It then identifies and engages candidates with highly personalized introductions written by the startup’s staff writers on behalf of the company’s HR team.
