Enterprise IT Startup CallRevu Secures New Funding

CallRevu announced the completion of a new round of financing from Serent Capital.

The company, founded in 2006, offers phone process measurement that tracks, monitors, and summarizes all calls to automotive dealerships, delivering real-time, actionable phone process performance. According to the firm, if a customer is mishandled on the phone, automotive dealers are immediately notified so they can address the situation, thus increasing market share, customer retention, and profitability in all phases of dealership operations.
