Electronics Startup Turner Imaging Systems Secures Seed Funding

X-ray imaging systems provider Turner Imaging Systems secured a new round of seed financing, led by Cavendish Impact Capital.

Turner Imaging develops and markets X-ray imaging systems that give users the ability to acquire X-ray images wherever and whenever they are needed. According to the company, its latest product, the SMART-C arm, is a battery operated, hand-transportable, fully-functional mini-C-arm system that brings operating-room quality imaging into field-portable configuration.

The company said these funds will be used to complete its SMART-C technology.
