Electronics Startup Muzik Brings In $23 Million

According to a recent SEC filing, Muzik has raised $23 million in financing from an undisclosed investor.

Muzik, founded by Jason Hardi, is on a mission to create the world’s smartest headphone designed specifically for smartphones, which combines technology with a software platform connecting users through social media. The company’s first product, a wireless headphone called Muzik® One, allows users to program and touch a Hot Key to adjust music settings and personalize the headphone with other connected devices.
