Elasticsearch Purchases Swiftype for Undisclosed Sum

Lucene-based search engine Elasticsearch announced it acquired software startup Swiftype. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.  

Built on top of a highly refined search algorithm, Swiftype’s dashboard lets site owners deliver and control customizable search for their website or mobile app with just a few lines of code.
