Edtech Company InfoMentor Appoints New Global CEO

InfoMentor, a provider of educational technology solutions for lesson planning, pupil assessment, progress analysis, and parental engagement, has named Niclas Walter as CEO of global operations. He replaced Kristin Petursdottir, who directed the company’s restructure in 2016.

Walter was promoted to the CEO position from his previous role of leading operations for InfoMentor in Sweden and DACH territories. In addition to his success with InfoMentor over the past year, he has three decades of experience as an executive in IT. Walter has an M.Sc. in electrical engineering, as well as an M.B.A. from IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland.
