brrr° Hires Head of Global Sales

Cooling textile innovator brrr° has appointed sales and project management executive Julie Brown to lead its global sales functions.

Brown was previously a project manager for First Performance, a payment processing firm, as well as the founder and CEO of an eco-friendly line of women’s shoes called Julie Bee’s. She was also director of operations for the Hult Prize Foundation, which supports innovative efforts to solve major global problems such as the lack of clean water. Earlier in her career, Brown was a senior consultant for Booz Allen Hamilton, and she worked at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
