Anfiro Secures .1 Million

Anfiro, a clean technology startup, announced the close of $1.1 million in seed financing. Investors include PRIME Coalition, Autodesk, Blue Haven Initiative, Massachusetts Clean Energy Center, Foundry Group, Ellis Family Fund, Casey & Family Foundation, Incite Labs, Saunders Hotel Group, and Will & Jada Smith Family Foundation.

Anfiro is a water technology startup addressing global freshwater scarcity. The company’s self-assembling polymers create chlorine resistant and high permeability reverse osmosis and nanofiltration membranes that reduce the cost of desalinating and purifying water,.

Anfiro will use the funds for the development of its energy-efficient membranes.
