Weight Manager Modius Raises $1.5 Million on Indiegogo
Neurovalens, the company behind the weight management wearable headset Modius, announced that their first-ever Indiegogo campaign surpassed its target goal of $50,000 in four hours and, in total, raised $1.59 million from 4,000 backers across more than 80 countries.
An independent careable tech™ company focused on using innovative neuroscience to improve lives, Neurovalens’ mission is to use safe and effective technological advancements to make the struggle of weight loss easier for millions of people on a global scale. Its first product, Modius, is a headset which helps people achieve leaner, healthier bodies through vestibular nerve stimulation.
Neurovalens plans to use the funds to invest in additional research and further develop Modius, including supporting the ModiusLife community in motivational and inspirational environments to improve their lifestyle and help them achieve the leaner, healthier bodies they desire. Neurovalens plans to launch sales via the company’s website in early 2018, with additional plans to attend the 2018 Consumer Electronics Show.
