Vyng Brings In $3 Million

DIgital media startup Vyng announced the completion of $3 million in financing led by March Capital Partners. HOF Capital, BAM Ventures, Clearstone Venture Partners, Inspiration Ventures, GV, Amplify Partners, Manatt Digital Media, and Gaspar Global Ventures also participated in the funding.

Vyng is a Santa Monica-based startup focused on “lockscreen entertainment.” The Google Play app allows users to set customized lockscreen background and video ringtones. They can select from a variety of channels including Bollywood, puppies and cats, and videos curated by YouTube celebrity influencers.
