TrackR®, a leader in personal item tracking, announced the hire of three key executives to continue the company’s growth and provide expansion into new markets. Nathan Kelly joins as chief operating officer, Matthew Pigeon joins as chief financial officer, and DeAnna Wassom enters as senior vice president of global marketing.

Kelly, as the COO, will be responsible for helping TrackR transform from a visionary startup to an organization that consistently provides high-quality product experiences that redefine the item tracking space. he has a proven track record in preparing systems, processes, people, products, and partners for rapid scaling from his over 15 years of experience at industry-leading companies including Sony Ericsson, Palm, and Sonos.

As TrackR’s new CFO, Pigeon is responsible for driving integration and alignment for all finance-related aspects of the business, as well as corporate development, legal, human resources and corporate strategy. He has served as chief financial officer for multiple high growth, venture-backed companies and prior to joining TrackR, served as chief financial officer at Sientra, Inc., where he was responsible for leading its successful IPO. In addition to Sientra, Pigeon acted as chief financial officer and chief strategy officer for The FRS Company and was also a principal in Banc of America Securities’ investment banking group.

Wassom enters TrackR as senior vice president of global marketing. In her new role, she will lead the development and execution of global marketing across all sales channels and communication platforms. Wassom has a proven ability for driving revenue growth through brand building and innovative go-to-market strategies, as well as engaging and inspiring new customers on a global scale for organizations that include Sonos, Software.com, and OpenWave Systems.
