According to a recent SEC filing, Tilson Technology Management has raised $3.5 million in financing from an undisclosed investor.

Based in Portland, Maine, the independent information technology (IT) project management company provides industry and government services in wireless site acquisition, construction, small cell, and direct-attached storage (DAS) for mobile carriers, public safety, and smart grid applications, as well as technology capital project turn-around. IT software development, project management, information security, and fiber optic engineering, permitting, and construction management are also provided.
