Security Startup Militus Closes Series A Financing

Cybersecurity appliances developer Militus, which detects malware and advanced persistent threats on computer networks, announced it has raised a new round of Series A funding from CyberSEC3.

Cybersecurity threats need proactive, continuous monitoring that accurately discovers critical network events. Militus’ Unified Security Analytics Manager (USAM) provides the kind of visibility information technology (IT) teams need in order to timely mitigate against intrusions, breaches, and potentially loss of sensitive data.

According to Chief Executive Officer Paul Manley, the combination of this investment and revenue from recent orders allows Militus to continue product and service development to help organizations protect their sensitive data.
