FairerPay is a tech hiring and recruiting app that allow users anonymously to find out what people are earning. It offers a forum where tech professionals can anonymously share their salary among colleagues in support of fairer and more open pay levels at their organizations. Users sign in with LinkedIn accounts on the homepage and select their current employer. Before they can view salary information provided by Fairer Pay, users must first add their own salary information at their current companies.
