New Product Alert: Deskun

Deskun is a Google Chrome extension that allows multichannel customer support and task management users to communicate across all social channels in Gmail without having to switch back and forth between apps or tabs. Users can share images and files, use message templates for quick replies, assign requests to responsible agents, and collaborate with colleagues and employees using notes within a given customer chat. They can also use the extension to manage tasks and create handy checklists in the Gmail interface.

Deskun was developed by CEO Iuriy Grechko and Marketing Manager Anastasia Vereschagina.
