Chaport is a live chat customer messaging web app where users simply install a chat button on their website to answer customer questions and increase sales. Sales reps can transfer a chat to a colleague, join a group chat, or view others’ chats in real time. Chaport also allows business users to get real time customer info from CRM by supporting integrations with more than 750 apps using Zapier or API.
Chaport was developed by Chief Executive Officer and Cofounder Alex Shvalev and Chief Technical Officer Vasily Naumov.
