Mya Systems Raises $18 Million

AI recruiting technology startup Mya Systems completed $18 million in Series B financing led by Foundation Capital. Emergence Capital Partners also participated in the round.

Mya Systems’ proprietary natural language processing and machine learning technology automates outreach and communication with job candidates throughout the recruiting process. It applies advanced matching algorithms and predictive models to shortlist large applicant pools, allowing recruiters to prioritize their time with candidates. Since its launch in 2012, Mya Systems has earned industry recognition and several awards, including recognition in Bersin by Deloitte’s 2017 Disruptions Report, inclusion in Recruiter.com’s Top 10 Recruiting Tools, and being listed in Kairos Society’s K50.

The new funding will enable Mya Systems to accelerate growth of its AI team, open new offices in Europe to support its global customer base, and expand into new job categories.
