Logi Analytics Acquired by Marlin Equity Partners

Logi Analytics announced that it has been purchased by Marlin Equity Partners, a global private equity firm with over $6.7 billion of capital under management.

Logi Analytics’ agile, web-based reporting and data visualization platform provides IT professionals with the fastest way to create BI applications, deploy scalable dashboards and reports, and embed analytics into existing applications. Additionally, the company’s flexible and extensible architecture allows developers at software and SasS providers to seamlessly embed these data visualizations directly in their own products and services.

The startup had previously raised $48 million from investors including LLR Partners, Summit Partners, and Update Partners.
